Booking Policy

At Tones Of Beaute, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, we have developed a clear and fair booking policy. Please take a moment to review the important details below before scheduling your appointment for our permanent makeup and lash extension services.

Privacy policy : We will not share any of our clients information to any third party.

To schedule, a card on file will be required to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. To accommodate our valued clients and manage our artists' schedules effectively, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable time for your rescheduled appointment. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you may be required to pay a deposit to secure a new appointment.

Late Arrivals:

We understand that delays can happen, but please be aware that arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service or, in some cases, the need to reschedule. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments.

No-Shows:

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in charged 30% of service scheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for full pre-payment of services to book future appointments.

Permanent Makeup Appointment

We greatly appreciate and more than happy to provide you our services, here are some thing to keep in mind before booking with us.

  • A card on file is required to confirm your appointment. No show no call client will be charged 30% of scheduled service. Due to demand and out of respect for our artists, please provide no less than 12 hours notice if you wish to make a cancellation without penalties. Cancellation fees is a flat fee of $30

  • Our artists are experienced and the shape of your brows, lip-liner or eyeliner is always carefully drawn on and design specifically to fit your desire and your natural face features prior to the procedure. Once you are happy and approved the shape and the color, we then proceed with the actual treatment. We do not refund on any rendered services.

  • Keep in mind the color intensity of your procedure will be significantly sharper, brighter, or darker than what is expected for the final outcome. The color will fade about 20-30%, after it heals. It will take time for this transition, based on how quickly your skin heals, approximately 6 weeks.

  • These tattooed colors may initially simulate the exact color and tone desired, but they will not always remain a perfect color match. Your own skin color will vary depending on exposure to cold, heat, sun and circulatory changes. 

  • Procedures may take longer than expected to be complete under some circumstances.

  • All permanent cosmetic procedures are multi-session processes. 

  • Touch-up visits are required and scheduled at 4-6 week intervals or longer.

  • All Prices are subjected to change at anytime.

  • For new permanent makeup clients, the price includes two sessions that are scheduled 4-8 weeks apart. Payment will be divided between the two sessions.

  • Cover-up or corrective work has an additional $100 fee, provided that we are able to perform the service.

  • 1-2 year touch-ups are offered at 50% off the current price for permanent makeup for existing clients only. After 2 years without touch-ups, the price will return to the full amount.

  • Additional sessions needed after the initial 2 sessions may require a fee of $150. Reasons for this include sweating during the healing process, previous microblading that did not retain pigment well due to scars, removing color by picking at flakes during healing, bleeding during the appointment due to medication or other factors, extremely oily skin, dark or grayish lips that require neutralization, and swollen eyelids from using lash growth serums.

Eyelashes Extension

  • To maximize time with your lash stylist, come to your appointment with clean eyes free of makeup.

  • Remove all make-up, including foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, eye creams, and eye serums.

  • Second Cleanse eye area and eyelashes gently but thoroughly to remove any residual oils or mascara.

  • Shower before your arrival.

  • Do not wear contacts to your appointment. Wear glasses instead.

  • Do not apply heavy creams, lotions or oils to your face within 48 hours 

  • prior to your eyelash application.

  • Do not receive chemical treatments to your eyelashes, such as tinting or perming, within 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Ensure you have fully recovered from recent irritating eye-area treatments, such as skin-resurfacing procedures, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, laser treatments and permanent makeup application. Recovery time varies with each procedure and individual.
